Serving God and Your Community

For details about these and other outreach programs, visit here orcontact the Reverend Sara Dorrien-Christians, Outreach Coordinator, at

A typical Thursday evening at MTAM begins when guests join members in setting up tables and making coffee.Members can choose to sit and talk with guests or to serve the meals. Every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. (A worship service for guests and workers is held at 5:00 in the Trippeer Chapel, too.)

Our Adopt-A-School program serves children and teachers at a neighborhood public school, Idlewild Elementary. Members tutor students in reading and math, mentor those who need a little more direction, or read to kindergarten classes. Contact Amanda Ray  at 901-490-6832 or
